Ours is silk, and the tubes can be used independently of one another. Problems with Y is often one tube lasts longer than the other. With This, you can use the Extending Mascara alone, or use your silk with your already fave mascara... OR, you can use them both together! <3
Ours is an entirely different product. It is not even a fiber mascara, it's a silk extending mascara. The silk pieces come in a conditioner so you don't get pieces falling on your face. And it has a curling agent that is a proprietary ingredient no one else has. It is overall a different experience. And an amazing one as well.
